P. mollisima is very similar in leaf to P. antioquiensis but broader lobed leaves, not so acuminate and sharply pointed. Still a classic Tacsonia with beautiful light pink flowers, followed by banana shaped yellow fruit 3-6 inches long. Easy but needs lots of room like P. antioquiensis, once established with a woody framework tolerates temperatures down to just above freezing.
